请问有没有人知道如何给境外账户付款？必须经过银行账户吗？汇率怎么算？哪个银行比较好？可以用现金到银行办理吗？

One way of doing it (dont' know whether it's the best way though):

Your relatives/friends in China need to open a foreign currency account at Bank of China, then provide you with the bank's swift code, address, telephone, and their account number, address, telephone.

Then you can send them money from canadian banks with these info. Costs some money but no big deal.

After receiving the money, they can change it into RMB there.

All the banks provide transfer service as  long as you have the bank account, adddress and name in China. The charge is around $30, viriable among the banks.

For immdeidate service, you can use Westunion. The money can be picked up in 1 minite after you send here. There is around 1% transfer fee.

Or you can write a personal check to China, the money will be available a month after the China banks receive the check from your relatives or families. The cost is 30RMB.
