:confused: I tried for so many weeks, there's no montreal us visa appointments available! However, I booked one appointment with Ottawa embassy, is this feasible? I mean, I'm a international student in Montreal, can I schedule the appointment with Ottawa embassy??? If not, what shall I do???

yes, you can ,but they may ask you why you book the interview in Ottawa. You just tell them the truth that there is no appointment slot available in Montreal.  You can also ask them to mail the passport to you if you don't want to wait for another day in ottawa to pickup your passport.
