Hi: questions for all!

As a canadian citizen, 10 years residence later we can claim on the pension from the government after 65. 20 years residence later we can take the pension even not staying in canada yeah???

If I'm leavning Canada, but open a company that operating some condos. Can I treat myself as self-employed by the rental income while I'm not stay in Canada???

If continue paying Canadian government for 20 years, can I get pension when I'm 65 even I'm not staying in Canada.
