buying a personal property under the company's name, that is a NO-NO.

1st of all, there's no tax advantage or deferral.
2nd of all, if there's something's wrong with your business, the tax department can cease your property without breaking a sweat.

personally, i've seen ppl got bankrupted, and the goverment was going after their house, savings, and RRSP.

if you wanna safty, buy a house under someone's name who you can really trust.
