Under the terms of this 12-month contract offer, you will receive your service with monthly savings of $15.00/month for the first 3 months of your contract followed by monthly savings of $10.00/month for 9 months. The then current monthly rate (which is now $44.95 but subject to change from time to time*) applies for the remainder of the term.
Monthly rate includes internet access, modem rental and 30 GB of included Internet usage (combined download and upload bandwidth activity). Additional charges apply for Internet usage above plan. Currently, Internet usage above plans is $1.50/GB (which rate is subject to change from time to time) and is currently charged in increments of 1 GB for a maximum of $30.00/month.
Early cancellation of your service before the end of the 12 -month term will result in an early cancellation charge of $100.00charged to you. At the end of the 12-month term, the service will continue on a month-to-month basis and you will be charged the current regular monthly rate for the service at that time**. |
