Firstly, Thank you for your information, ML2000d!  In addition, my sister mailed a document to me through EMS.  I could not find any information about the company.

If you know anything about it, please help me!  Urgent!!!!

Thank you so much for your help.  Actually, I was supposed to receive a notice from post office.  Unfortunately, I did  not receive it.  At last, through calling my sister I got my tracking no.  Then I called post office Canada to get notice number.  Finally I went to post office to get my document.
