My Focus was not good.
I leased it in 2001 and returned it in 2004.
Many problems !
That was why I returned it instead of buy it.
Engine noise too big, and power too bad.
It depends. Even BMW has failed examples. My Ford Focus SE sport ( 2001, ZTEC enginee ) works perfectly. No any problem so far, powerful & comfortable.
