如果有时间的话，就去上庭好了，说不定法官念你初犯，给你打个折，从轻发落，或者遇到什么意外，当场撤诉也有可能。几十块钱的小单子，还是交了吧，犯不着为了这个浪费精力。

I only said what I saw, and the lawyer representive of the police asked some questions to confirm or check the situation of that moment. That is it! Finally the Judge said that he trusted me and also trusted the police, but there was no evidence to verfy who was right, so I was free to go.

So if LZ feel no guilty at all and has time to go to the court, plea no guilty and try it on the court. Good luck

i will plea no guilty and go to the court because i believe i was doing the right thing at that time. just one more question, the judge speak english or french? if he speaks french then i definitely need a translator.

可以说英语及法语,没问题的. 如果你需要翻译的话, 在申请上庭的信中附上这一要求试试吧. 我当时也想找个翻译,但在罚单上没见到这一选项, 通知上庭的信上也没提这个, 不知道怎么申请. 但在网上看到有人上庭的时候有翻译,不知道人家是怎么做的.

把当时的细节想清楚, 有关的证据找齐(如果有的话),不然一年以后上庭你就记不清了. 我那次上庭一共处理近10起案子吧,我排最后一个. 前面9个好像都输了,有一个还与警方律师辩论近一个小时,还带着现场照片和同车的证人,最后也没戏. 所以出庭的时候如果来的是警方律师,可千万小心,律师问话经常带圈套,小心别上当. good luck
