Validities in our processing system prevent your return from being accepted for NETFILE. In order to ensure that you receive all the benefits and deductions allowed and to verify our validities, we need you to file a paper return and attach all pertinent slips and receipts. We apologise for the inconvenience.
If you do have a code but lost, you can call CRA (Renenue Canada) and ask for that. You have to have your personal info beside you when you call. The agent will ask some question to verify your ID.
