今天上午去Quebec Automobile Office 查询了该车的历史，只有车主记录，没有有关事故方面的更详细的记录。请问那里查询结果是权威的吗？查询费：$8 啊！可用的讯息太少！抑或是这个车本来就没有事故记录？历史报告是法文的，有很多条目都是空白的。现抄录如下，请诸位专家大侠释惑：
