我住在Brossard许多年,就在这个购物城附近,一直不知道,最近找Rona,Wal-Mart才发现这个新大陆,真是叹为观止。好像北美或全世界都没有这么大,这么多崭新的各种商店几年间拔地而起。
如果每家都看一遍,恐怕一天也走不完。有孩子的,不妨去走走。特别是文具店附近那家卖金鱼,鸟,狗狗的,大气派,好像免费的迪斯尼(海盗船)和水族馆(大鱼缸上百个)。。。
如果自己开车怕迷路,可以下香槟桥就出来,开到Rome左转弯,一直开几分钟,你就会看到一大片商店。
也可以坐巴士到巴拿马总站(要张transfer),换35路,几乎到头。最好多问司机,南岸的巴士比较复杂,容易搞错。南岸巴士司机比较热情有礼貌,下车时多会说谢谢,再见。

Following a press conference on September 14, 2006, the 150-million Canadian dollar phase I of Quartier DIX30 was opened to the public by the developer (Devimco) and the majority owner (RioCan).<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-4>[5]</SUP> This initial phase included the opening of 400,000 square feet (40,000 m²) of retail space and of a total of 78 boutiques and restaurants including, among many other national retailers:<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-riocan-phase1_0-2>[1]</SUP>

Another 40 retailers were opened like major foreign fashion boutiques (H&M, American Eagle Outfitters, Nine West, Urban Behavior and Running Room (opened April 4, 2007)), electronic stores (Maison Sony and Centre Hi-Fi) and restaurant franchises (Subway and Quiznos Sub).<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-riocan-phase1_0-3>[1]</SUP> Furthermore, free underground parking was opened with access ramps along des Lumières Avenue.

The Germain Group will open a new boutique-hotel: ALT Hotel, a cheap-chic concept that "will offer the qualities sought by a growing range of consumers who want affordable accommodation without compromising on design and comfort."<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-5>[6]</SUP> The hotel will be built alongside the brand new entertainment complex which includes a 900-seat live theatre and concert hall, spa and gym.<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-riocan-phase1_0-4>[1]</SUP>
Furthermore, a Bureau en Gros supplies store, a Safari Pet Centre (the largest in Quebec), a Canadian Tire retailer, a Maxi & Co. supermarket and a RONA hardware and home improvement store (the latter two will be retailer-owned) will be built on lots in the vicinity of the hotel.<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-riocan-phase1_0-5>[1]</SUP>

The Montreal Canadiens and the city of Brossard are partners in the building of a 30-million Canadian dollar practice facility that will feature two NHL-sized rinks with a capacity of 800 seats, as well as dressing rooms, an indoor soccer field (built to FIFA specifications) and a fitness centre. It will be open to the general public and will be built adjacent to the Quartier DIX30 complex. It will also serve as an additional facility for the Canadiens other than the Bell Centre.<SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-6>[7]</SUP> On February 25, 2008 the arena, under construction, collapsed. <SUP class=reference id=cite_ref-7>[8]</SUP>
