请问，在Montreal有没有类似的地方呢？

There are many taxes which are refundable, such as GST,QST, Personal Income tax. custom tax.

恩。。。我也不是很清楚拉，可能就是针对留学生，和没有收入的那些人吧！
可以退税的也就是房租，学费什么的！
请教可以退税的地点，和税的名称！谢谢！

Québec tax department at Complexe Desjardins

Federal tax department at xxx René-Levésque. I don't recall the number. But you can ask people nearby. All these two departments are near China town.

Go along René-Levésque from eat to west, on right hand side, you will see a Federal goverment building (Notice the Maple Leave), and there you are.

I think you are just concerning the GST, QST refund. So, just go to any bank or post office to got the tax forms and fill your name, adress, sin, birthday. Most importantly, check the box which indicate that you request GST, QST refund. For rent tax refund, fill out the Québec tax form, in Schedule B s.2 property tax refund. However, had you receid the RL-4 slip from your landlord? Is the amound over $445? Otherwise, just forget it.
