for a resto, only two permits needed...
1-Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation (MAPAQ)
2-liquor permit

if u r a new open resto, that means on this address there were no resto be4, will take longger time. fisrt need to get city permit for zoning, city perimit to allow u have liquor permit, at mean time, u need to have ur resto layout plan prepared by an architect or engineer. than apply for the two permits mentions above.

the whole processing time, for the first one, abt 2 weeks.
for the liquor permit took u about 2 monthes to 4 monthes depends on each one's case.
