May I ask which auction did you go? I know the biggest auction in Montreal only opens for the dealers on Wednesday.

First, I know hamptong posted this information really wanted to help our Chinese to get good price on cars.  It's very nice of you.

Unfortunately, if the auction you went is located in Lachine, I will suggest all the Chinese buyers are away from it.  I am sure you will get a good bargin there, but that auction has a "reputation".  Why? It was my friend who told me that most of those dealers there play some "tricks" on their cars, such as not claiming accidents, lower the milage, and some of them were "kicked out" from the main (biggest) auction in Montreal due to these reasons.

This is just a piece of information to share. I don't want to see us to be lied by them (actually, they are not locals. Most of them are European new Canadians).

In the end, I hope hamptong got your car without any problem.
