If you have a credit card, you do not need to pay the insurance at the rental car company as a lot of credit card company cover the insurance for rental car. Check your credit card policy and tell the rental company the insurance covered by credit card, it can save you a lot of money.:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Thanks for clarifying!  That's expensive.

Last time I prebooked National @ $35 or $50/day for compact, weekday rate.  Found last minute sales from www.carrentals.com from Budget at $18/day-10%(Aeroplan member)+tax.

There are also last minute sales from few car companies, u need to check their website directly.  Thanksgiving weekend, I found:  Discount $15, National $20, all compact.

Some people mentioned ~$10/week-end day, I've only seen that once from ~Enterprise in SouthShore.

在namur地铁站附近有个UHALL的租车公司，一个阿拉伯人开的。也是一个黑店。上次租了一辆卡车，给车时，他给你说，油加了3/4，还车时也应该是这些。还车时，油加到了3/4的地方还多加了5块钱，怕不够。结果还车时，那个啊叉就非说没有加到他给车时的位置，非常多收汽油费。然后拿出来一个破本子，查找该车的百公里耗油量。给你算你跑了多少公里，油要消耗多少等等，最后，就是狮子大开口，猛要钱。给车时就感觉怪，车为什么不加满油。原来是在还车是给设的陷阱。
