Above uTube Italian version gives u a better idea on how to cook it, except:
- look for simpler recipe on web, or create your own (any left over from fridge)
- add more water/broth, the rice/grain will absorb liquid,
- put a dinner plate on top of the rolls to weight them down(so that the top layer won't be dry),
- bake or boil on stove top, same.
