Hi,

I buy a car from dealer, when we talk price they told me the all tax is included, but I don`t know only 7% percent is included, and I have pay all of my money. What should I do? Every dealer only receive 7% tax.?
Another thing, After I have pay all of money, the car belong to me? Can I take it away?

I am not sure if he is a real dealer or private-home-based vendor. If he is the later,
he will charge you only 7%. Because in this case, he sells the cars other people
passed for, and he charge the commision. For example, if I were lazy, and ask he
sell my car for $10000, he finds a buy like you and willing to pay $12000. He will
get $2000 as extra. But this kind of deals are still belong to private sell. You only
pay one tax.

You cannot take away the car unless you have SAAQ issued paper slip with your name
on. If he does all the paper work for you, you still need to call a Insurrance company to have your new car and your name registered before to pick it up.
Without insurrance, your are dangerous if accident happens.
