身在海外，往往因顽疾病痛、精神、社会及生活压力缠身折磨倍受困扰而无所适从，却因缺乏良医以致无法获得解脱而苦恼。经常在网络上看到一些求医求方的贴子，然真正能获得解脱的又有多少？<O:p</O:p

本人亦深有感触。由于一系列的打击和不平连连接踵而来终于精神崩溃的我，却因长达五年西医精神忧郁症的治疗，非但令我的病情加重，同时又平白增添了严重药物反应的折磨以致几乎对生存丧失信心的我，在百试无方之中，无意间通过对哈慈及中国传统气疗获得再生…

This was my situation since end of 1995: Major depression, life disorder since 1996 when late wife passed away by tragical accident followed with business lost since disbarred lawyer defrauded me personal and business by the fact MUC Police and Crown Prosecutor both department just used me, and made me became a victim of crime and injustice since both department didn't respect their duties.

I was hospitalized for half year since 1997, and I was under anti-depressant treatment for 5 years with different of western medications. Till year 1999 to early 2000, I was mentally also physically ill especially I was suffered so much by the anti-depressant treatment of the side effects: Lost sexual functional, slower movement mentally also physically which impossible for me to have any job though it very simple; constipated more than four years, sleepless more than three years; live for surviving without any hope, need back to emergency to have muffin to control the side effects from two months once till one week two and three times…

I was luckily found Asian traditional treatment; one of them was Chinese traditional meditation. I was recovered by HA CI, but I realized if I want to complete recover, I have to wake up my body self heal system, so I join with Chinese meditation.

I still remember that for the first time I join with Chinese traditional meditation, and I went one of Chinese herb store at Chinatown and I try to buy some herbs to improve my health, but when the old Chinese traditional doctor saw me, he refused to provide any herbs for me and he requested me go to hospital right away. Three months later, I went back to his store again, he couldn’t recognized it was me again and he was wondering how I could recovered since the time he believed I would die soon.

Today I am continually practicing HA CI and Chinese meditation by my own, and I found my health even better then before of the illness mentally and physically: Given the fact that I remarriage since 2001 and we got one baby girl two years ago and have another one on the way in two months.

Right now, I am spending a lot of time to help the others, I organize our group UCMA (United Canadian-Chinese Mutual-Aid Association), and I also organized my all-kind legal and family matters; and I still have full of energy ready back to do business again since I really benefited from Asian traditional medical treatment.
