Really good trip in Canada especially for kids, they can get experience.

But the price is too much expensive comparing to US trips. We spent more than $2000 in 2007 summer to go to NS, NB, and Edward Isand.

Hotel:
The price in Canada > 2 X the price in US (same level hotel or motel)
Not including some promotions you can get easily in US.

Food:
Western food:
The price in Canada > 2 - 3 X the price in US.
In US, you can easily get different coupons.

Sea food:
Canadian restaurants' price  is much ... much expensive!
In CA, you can eat a lobster in a really good cantoness restaurant at $3.99.

Chinese food:
The price is too high in Canada!!!
In Canada, we became good cookers. Now we almost forget how to cook.
