我是多伦多的 6月搬到montreal     想换保险  不知道该做写什么。。。是不是要先换驾照呀？？

Call this SAAQ number 514-954-7771.
They will make reservation with you and tell you what they need to make your Ontario License to Quebec one.
Most important, bring your 6 month Ontario Residence evidence, such as phone bill under your name or bank statements...
After change to Quebec license, have your car inspected at CAA, then register your car in Quebec. Then you could get your insurance quote and stop your Ontraio insurance.
This is how it works for me.
First 3 month you could drive w/o any problem.
