我觉得你应该去个比较大的理发店去咨询一下，毕竟这个太专业了。我的理发工具是20多轮胎店打折买的

Many companies/places named and commented @ http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/418393.  Posting is very old, but good company(s) should still be around.

Centre du Rasoir in Place Alexis Nihon was named, I believe it's still there, but really doubt if it's a professional sharpening place.
