Requirements
        A background in, and experience with marketing or commercial management.
        Familiar with commercial leases.
        Trilingual in English, French and Mandarin.
        Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
