Porn Flakes, The Greatest Rock’n’Roll Story… The Rolling Stones!
The Porn Flakes—Dan Georgesco and Mike Plant (guitar), Maurice Soso Williams (bass) and Alain Quirion (drums), joined by Sébastien Plante (vocals)—rock out a three-part tribute program dedicated to a little rock’n’roll group you may have heard tell of: the Rolling Stones. They kick it off with a set of hits from the ’60s, followed by the legendary Exile on Main Street in its entirety, and closing with an overview of the ’70s and beyond. Satisfaction!

Israel Proulx

This young Montrealer with Dominican roots loves musical fusions; naturally, her soul, jazz and electronica is the result of just such a process. With two releases that caused a major ripple in the blogosphere, the singer-songwriter has been compared to Norah Jones and heads in the Festival to showcase her vast talent.
