Import Coordinator

Pilot Wheel Distribution Inc (www.pilotwheels.com )  is looking for an Import Coordinator.
Job Description:
-Daily contact with supply chain links.
-Create PO’s, keep the system (DYNACOM) consistently updated.
-Cost Sheet Spreadsheets
-Work with Traffic team for import transportation. tracking shipments.
-Ensure that all documents related to shipments are rec’d on a timely basis
-Advise vendors sale sample and production requirements.
-Verify that vendor submitted invoices match our PO costs and quantities
-Submit invoices with appropriate requirements for signatures and payment

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree - preferred
•    2+ years experience working in a similar role
•    Able to work independently as well as in a team
•    Exceptional time management and organization skills – works well under pressure
•    Strong communcation skills in English and French, Mandarin an asset
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
