my gutter is installed in 2009, the labor is under 10 years garanty, material 25 years.
i called the contractor and he came and said i had to pay 150 dollars because when he installed the new gutter, he gave the previus owner free installation to the side of the house.when i called the previous owner about it, the owner told me he had paid all jobs done.

how can i find the name of that contractor, i have signed name, no way to find the full name.
the company have three addresses, one on the old contract, one on the new evaluaion paper, and another is on the websit, how can i know where to send the register letter?

on the old contract, i can not find contract number, it is normal?

is there any place where they can help with this issue except for small claim court?
