[电脑] how to kill this virus

Looking for help
My file D:/windows/system32/svchost13.exe is infected by virus: trojan horse IRC/backdoor.sd bot.41. Y. It can not be removed or moved to the virus vault. Currently, I am using AVG free edition antivirus software. Could frieds or experts here give me a hand? Thank you very much in advance.
