ECSGA is pleased to announce a three days (two nights) trip to New York.

Date: Friday 6 November, 2015 to Sunday 8 November, 2015
Departure from Montreal: Friday 6 November  at 6:00am SHARP (in front ofthe Hall Building)
Arrival in Montreal: Sunday 8 November around 9:30 pm
Details of the Trip:
Day one:
- Departing from Concordia
- New York City (included in price)

Day two:
- Breakfast at hotel (included in the ticket price)
- Manhattan
Optional Events for day two.
- Wall Street- Statue of Liberty (cruise fare is not included in the ticket price)
- Lunch at little Italy (not included in the ticket price)
- Intrepid Sea, Air & Space museum (not included in the ticket price)
- Madame Tussauds (not included in the ticket price)
- Museum Ripley's Believe It or Not (not included in the ticket price)

Day three
- Breakfast at hotel (included in the ticket price)
- Woodbury Common Premium Outlet
- Duty free shop at US border
- Back to Montreal around 9:30 pm

Tickets
- Tickets will be sold on Tuesday, 13th October, 2015 at 3:00 pm at theLobby of the E.V. building in front of ECSGA office.
Please make a SINGLE queue, and bring the EXACT CHANGE.

- Student can buy guest tickets and also one ticket for another studentshowing that students ID AND transcript.

- We have single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy rooms in the hotels.Please buy tickets in groups of two, three and four dependingon whether you want a double, triple or a quadruple room. Please havethe names, emails addresses and phone numbers written clearly on a  piece of paper.

People who are not in groups will be accommodated with others(if possible).

Ticket Prices
- Quadruple Room110 per person (student)/$130 per person (Guest)/$100 (Kids-2 to 12  years of age)
- Triple Room130 per person (student)/$150 per person (Guest)/$120 (Kids-2 to 12  years of age)
- Double Room180 per person (student)/$200 per person (Guest)/$170 (Kids-2 to 12  years of age)
- Single Room300 per person (Student)/$320 per person (Guest)/$290 (Kids-2 to 12  years of age)

Important Note for parents:
- According to Traffic regulations, one is not allowed to have achild  over the age of the 2 years sitting on the lap. Please makesure that  if you have not bought a ticket for an accompanying child,he/she is  actually be less than two years of age.Children below 2 years of age are not required possess a trip ticketsubject to the following conditions:
- Child will not get a separate seat in the bus.
- No separate beds/mattresses will be provided by the hotel.- Admission Tickets will not be paid by ECSGA and parents will have topay for their child.
