Recipe食譜: 1. Mix 2 liters of water with 1packet Heng’s Prawn Noodle Paste. Bring to boil and keep boiling under mediumfire. 將蝦麵即煮醬倒入2公升滾水。保持中火。
2. Blanch400g fresh yellow noodles, 50g bean sprouts, 100g water spinach (can replace withother vegetables of your choice). Place evenly into 4 bowls.
將400克新鮮油麵、50克豆芽、100克空心菜(可使用其他青菜代替),川燙並平均分配至四個碗中。
3. Garnishwith cooked prawns, fish cake, meat, hard-boiled egg and fried shallots. 配上煮熟的蝦、魚板、肉片、蛋、油蔥頭。
4. Pour hot boiling aromaticsoup onto noodles and serve. 將煮熱的湯倒入碗內即可享用。
