安装手机 app, carrot rewards, 用你的 email 和一个安省的地址注册，注册后连接上你的 aeroplan 卡号，回答几个问题（不会涉及私人信息，比如：啥水果蔬菜更健康？）获取积分。走路也可以得到积分，我没试过。

注册时加上我i的推荐码 Friend User Code： taow3049 , 每人都能加上几十个积分

这个 app，加拿大卫生部有赞助的, 每几个星期，就会给你个问卷，都是关于健康问题的，不涉及隐私，回答完，就能得到 5 个或 10 个积分.
