华人互助联盟 Ucma Summary Of UCMA--United Canadian-chinese Mutual-aid Association

一，宗旨:
加拿大华人互助联盟是一个非赢利性的机构，在联邦注册，立足蒙特里尔，扎根加拿大，面向所有的海外华人。其目的是通过提供家庭的和社会的服务来使海外华人提高语言上的，文化上的，心理上的适应性，以更好的融入当地社会；通过提供经济的和法律的服务来帮助海外华人就业和开创自己的生意；通过中加之间的文化，商业和科技的交流全面提高海外华人的凝聚力和海外社会地位；最终能帮助海外华人减少对当地政府的依赖，为中加的经济和社会的繁荣贡献力量。
概言之，加拿大华人互助联盟的使命是：
互助社——为海外华人提供家庭上，社会上，经济上，法律上，心理上的服务；
孵化器——为会员的创业搭建平台；
桥 梁——促进中加之间的商业、文化、科技的合作与交流。

口号：
团结互助，海外华人强盛之本！
（华人如果不团结互助，就没有足够的生存空间；华人如果不团结互助，就很难成大业。海外华人团结起来，让三条虫变成三条龙！团结互助，海外华人强盛之本！）

二，中长期工作安排：
在很长的一段时间内，加拿大华人互助联盟将致力于前两条使命，为加拿大华人提供
生活上的服务和创业上的支持。具体的可概括为三个中心一个实体：
家庭援助中心：从生活上，经济上，法律上，心理上给海外华人提供帮助和支持。
信息和培训中心：提供多种生活和就业信息，以及语言，文化和各种职业技能的培训。
就业和创业支持中心：提供就业指导和机会，建立就业人才库，为会员的创业提供资金援助和专业咨询和指导。
非赢利性的餐馆和休闲厅：提供一个休闲，交友，娱乐的场所，同时作为协会发展的一重要的经济支持，所获赢利都用来支持协会的发展，并逐步建立教育基金和创业基金。

三，近三个月的核心工作：

<O:p</O:pThe ideal of UCMA is based of SUNDAY DISCUSSION GROUP, which we found although there already have many organizations existed in our overseas Chinese small communities, and there are also some reforming; but there is no such kind organization exist yet to representing most of our overseas Chinese. The main goal for UCMA to reform is let everyone to fit, everyone involve and be a beneficiary from UCMA in order to avoid all kind of discrimination from inside and outside our communities such as the difference of races, locations, countries, languages, older between newer immigrants, difference of educational, skill experiences, social or financial level of the bad treatment we received from the past, UCMA encouraging most of our overseas Chinese to united together supporting each other by our own to gain better power to representing us individually and un-individually, to deal with Canadian society, government agencies, social, legal and justice system in order build up better life in this country.
