Western styles:
1. Fried - Dust liver with flour, fry in butter/olive oil.
Variations:
- Add onion
- Add bacon, or bacon fat
- Add a bit of water/stock, stew it for 15-30 minutes. (flour u used in frying will thicken the sauce)
2. Left over: (Jewish recipe, forgotten name, believe it's called chopped liver in resturants)
- chop liver into small pieces, electric chopper will help
- add chopped eggs
- add olive/? oil or Mayonance (lots of it, taste great) |
