有没有试过加航的转机服务？免费的。我父母走的时候我试过，只要登机的时候讲一下，就会有人在温哥华负责将他们带到要换乘的登机口，而且办好手续。

no , when we checked-in for them , we present their passport and talked about their laugague barrier , they said they can service like that . and they arranged everything. before my parents passed the inspection , a lady came and guide them through the inspection , found the seat in airplane and another lady did same thing when they changed the flight in Voucouver. You may call aircanada to confirm it.
