Western - Puff pastry, remember to stack them, don't mush it around, as it only puff up one way!(when u put the retangular block on the table, it puff upwards when baked) Between $1.99 - $2.99 per box, freezer section. (There is no sugar in the pastry, remember to add your own, cinnamon would be nice in it too, few dried grapes wouldn't hurt)
(if u have never made it before: roll thin, cut into strips, fold; or roll, fold the whole thing into the shape of 蝴蝶酥 before slicing. After u roll out dough, try 1 small piece before u do the rest. Baking part is quick)
苹果派/蛋塔的派皮 - Use whatever they call Pie dough in supermarket for now! Put on good music, when the baking smell start, the world is beautiful.
If u wants to make pie crust (派皮) yourself, use recipe with butter/sugar for now! Will try to give u details next week. Happy baking!!
