来这里2个月总是腰酸腿疼!why?

1. Take some multivitamin. Here winter is too long and we don't have enough sun shine. If you are a female, take some Dang Gui.& E5 o4 T* x$ H  @8 E+ h; N8 f
& G1 A  ?  |) _1 S
2. Do excercise at least 30min walking/day.% w6 R7 ?5 w, R9 ?0 M

3. Have balanced nutrition and take enough rest.

Hi there, I am facing the same trouble as you though I go swiming at least 20 mins per day.And who knows how to take DangGui? As medicine?Sorry for my stupid question.

i sleep for a long time, still feel not good.
