需要重新参加笔试吗？
请问预约考试的电话是不是改了？如果不是citizen，应该打954-7771？？电话怎么也打不通。

if just one and a half year, don't need to retake the knowledge test. Just pay $25, you can renew it to get another one and a half year.

I renewed my learner license today. it costs $23 for another year. thank you anyway.
