委托公证书制作完全手册

由于处理国内房产需提供有中国大使馆出具的委托公证书，
本人在最近几星期内有机会接触及经历制作过程，现将过程
介绍如下，供有此需要的朋友参考。简言之，找迈克服务。

首先，我在蒙城华人报找到迈克服务的广告，当时报纸上提供有办公室及个人手机。致电办公室得收费及处理时日的详情如下：
总费用： 110，其中大使馆 60 （房产交易属商业委托），公证员 20，律师协会 15，迈克服务 15。
需时一周：迈克服务周五去使馆，下周五可取回文件。
由于当时（周四）材料不齐（等国内要求的文件格式 - 各地可能不同），未即刻办理。

第二周，再致电办公室。一西人接电话，说OFFICE是他的，中国办业务的详情不知。打手机，无人接听。疑惑重重，决定DIY.

查sinoquebec网页，信息不全，问的多答的少。查得中国大使馆： www.chinaembassy.com其上提供了办理所需的材料：
1。当地公证员签名的公证书（申办人需当公证员面签名）
2。公证员协会的证明（证明公证员合法性）
3。护照复印件
使馆不办理邮寄业务，所有邮寄文件，包括回邮信封需寄到ottawa的万里旅行社，由该旅行社代办。经询问，代办费 21。

考虑到自办不仅麻烦（公证员+公证员协会+邮寄）且费用不菲（公证员 20，公证员协会 25 + tax, 代办费 21，使馆 60，邮费，全部费用在130-140），欲取代理（代理人往返使馆，省去代办费和邮费，又熟知公证员）。电波比（185）和枫林书屋（similar to 波比,具体忘了）。

于是回头找迈克服务。迈克解释了搬迁原因并说由于他们用律师协会而非公证员协会，收费低而效果等同。最后过程如下：
1。Prepared the doc in both Chinese and English
2. Turned to Mr.Xu. Helped me format the doc, signed, and sent to a notary public. The notary signed and the doc was returned back in 10-20 minutes.
3. Called Mike (cell: 591-3087) and he came to pick up the files.
4. One week later, I received the notarized doc singed by the 1st secretary of Chinese Embassy.I have to say the doc doesn't look very formal and nice for me. The Chinese Embassy didn't do a good work. However, who cares so long as it works.

By the way, you can find the mailing address and telephone of the travel agent who acts as the representative of Chinese embassy on the embassy's webpage or sinoquebec. The address is written in the English version of required documents but is not mentioned in the Chinese version.

In one word, you can simply turn to Mike service (good service+good price), and he can do everything for you ( I needed a notary pubic because the one Mike knows was out of town at that moment and I could't wait for him to come back).
