去carffour du sud ,maisonneuve 800号berrie uqam站，说做学历的equivalence，它会给你一个表，上面是政府认可的翻译的名单，做好学历翻译后，再拿上大学的成绩单英文件，去800号即可。

certification from singapore should be in english, why do u still need to do a notary(?)/authorization? dont they recognize it?

yes, the degree certificate is in English, so no translation is needed. but since the degree copy from chinese universitiy should be sealed and translated, I am not sure whether notarization is also required for Singapore degree. Anyone has answer? :confused:
