about surgery fee??? help

Does anyone know if the Quebec medi-card cover the6 @1 X$ v0 X' z+ T7 k
small eye surgery fee?( not laser eye operation for near sight), If not covered, does anyone know if the surgery fee is very expensive here?( X" z, x* Q8 k+ ]

My friend took the surgey to remove something in mouth. It is free. Only for your reference.
