Anybody can help me to solve the problem of using pen-power version 5 device on this message board. The device is made in Taiwan.

The Chinese writing I wrote, it shows the correct characters on my input device but once I click the word, it shows a different word on the message board. Would that because of "pingin" of China and Taiwan.
