如何成为Quebec的resident.

我去年9月份在Toronto登陆，我想这次去Montreal上学,但我如何才能成为Montreal的Resident.听说要待6个月。请回贴。不胜感激！

According to <<Residency Du Quebec>>, you have to live in Quebec more than one year (non-full time study) if you have lived in other province more than three months, then you are qualified to become Quebec resident. If you come here for full time study, you can not become Quebec resident, that means you are not eligible for Loan and Busary.
