The price there is reasonable, I send one civic for my friend last year, it's around 780+tax. However, after my friend arrives in vancouver, he said it's easier to buy a second hand car there, 'coz people there moves a lot. and it's hard to sell the yr car from Quebec, for its severe winter and rust issue.
