:confused: 请问大家，从Provigo买回的牛奶，是2升的盒装的SKIM的。打开后每天都喝，也放在冰箱中，才几天，而且离过期还有很长一段时间，为什么会结块？是不是冰箱温度调的高了？已经2次了，可是同一牌子别的品种的没有这种情况呀!

If it is icy - may be "冰箱温度调的高了".

If it is creamy pieces - could be end of batch, separation of milk and cream not processed "well".  If smell OK, just shake the milk and drink.  .

In the old old days, milk were delivered already "layered", i.e. milk at bottom, cream on top. (Milk = milk + cream)  With today's technology, it seldom happens.  Anyway, I am not a specialist and in case u are still not comfortable/curious - call the company and ask.   Something happened to my cream once, I found 1-800-phone# on a different product by the same company, called, they sent me replacement coupon.  They will ask for the ?? codeSS from the milk carton.

不过是在加热完牛奶后，象豆腐脑一样。可是冰箱里的一点问题都没有，只是觉得比平常要浓稠。大家碰到过类似的事吗？

牛奶结块说明变质了，蛋白质变性凝固了，即使在保质期内，也是由于种种原因坏了，赶快扔掉。有时候冰的还看不出来（爱喝冰牛奶或冷牛奶的人就比较危险），一热就“象豆腐脑一样”，就是坏了，即使没有味道，也要扔掉！！牛奶变质是最喝不得的食品之一了，不要因为舍不得不扔，吃坏了看病就更舍不得了。

如果你发现某种牛奶经常出现此种问题，就换个牌子或品种买，因为此种牛奶可能由于制作或运输中某个持续发生的问题造成牛奶在保质期前变质（也有可能保质期不正确），此种情况会造成这种牛奶某批次质量发生问题，甚至是个长期发生的问题。
