[联谊] Making friends seems difficult in cold Montreal

The seemingly never ending winter in Montreal is perhaps one of the factors that people feel depressed. Everyone needs friends, especially in this cold Montreal. Yet, I find making friends considerably difficult here. Do we have to be on the same wavelength in order to be friends with one another? I wish to have as many friends as possible. In reality, however, many people may simply want to keep a distance with other people. Does this have to do with our inner fear? Why making friends is so difficult here?

It is not hard to make a friend, but to have a friend suitable for you is not that easy. Just there are so many persons with families to be taken care.
