C.R.V.又涨房租了

住在cote verdu附近decarie街的C.R.V.的房子,3个半,包暖包热水,月租570,前两天收到C.R.V.公司
信,要求涨价,每月584. 看蒙城华人报,2006年的房租指导方案,气暖上涨1.1%,电暖上涨1.6%,油暖4.3%,不知C.R.V.的房子是气暖还是电暖?应该不是油暖吧?
不知大家有什么建议?

some data is wrong in your post,look at this:
Increase due to operating expenses
Dwelling heated by the tenant 0.9 %
Dwelling heated by the landlord, with electricity 1.1 %
with gas 1.6 %
with oil 4.3 %
