小弟最近想买辆车,打算去安省工作.请问各位大大我在这里买的保险能在安省开吗?万一出了事故这里买的保险能生效吗?

As long as "your address" is in Quebec, the insurance is OK. For instance, your wife, your family is in Quebec, and you just "stay" in Ontario. But if you don't have any connection with Quebec, while you give a Quebec address to the auto company, it is a cheating.

chcek your insurrance policy. there are certain terms and conditions, which might specify that the days you drive out of the province (city) should be under certain limits.
