Dear all,
  I am moving to Montreal in two weeks from Washington DC, USA.  If any one of you can answer my questions?  
  My situation are the followings:
  1. I landed in Toronto on 11/02/2002 and then I went right back to the US to take care of my move.  
  2. Now I am moving to Montreal permanently in two weeks.
  My questions are:
  1. How long will I wait to receive COFI?  
  2. program?  Can I be consider a Quebec resident in 3 months?  
  3. Should I prove that I never stayed in Toronto for 3 months?

  The problem is that I landed last yesr on 11/02/2002.  It has been 5 months.  I went back to the US to take care of my house and work.  Now, I am returning to Canada.  
  Will I prove that I never lived in Toronto? And what documents?  thanks so much
