No test. It is very easy to enter the Second School in Toronto.

No. He must go to the adult secondary school if you children is over 18 years.

In normal secondary schools, it depends on your children's age.  Sometimes, youe children need to test English and Math level if your living location has more than 1 normal secondary schools. Test better, go to better school. It's it.

In Toronto, The number of Private Secondary School is very limited rather than the status in Montreal. I know that the cost of the private secondary school in Toronto is very high. For the family which annial income is lower than CAD 100,000 is difficult to offer one student studying in the private school of Toronto. Some native wants his children go to the private school, but he/she can not offer so high fee. For Chinese immigrants, I have not known whese children go to these school even if they are very rich in China.
