能从国内进口肉类食品吗?

朋友想从国内进口点肉类食品,但是对于进出口这一方面全然不知,不晓得能不能过海关检察.是不是很麻烦希望哪位好心的大哥大姐指点一二,不胜感激!!!谢谢
