泰诺林是商品名，对乙羟酰胺基酚释片是药品化學名，但我想这类药很难找到，建議找家庭醫生幵吧。

泰诺林 is Tylenol (对乙酰氨基酚缓释片), which is also generically known as Acetaminophen. It's an OTC medication in Canada. So, you can buy it in any drug
stores and you may even be able to buy it in any grocery stores, depending on the package size.

Other brands are Tempra, Atasol and Abenol. Generic products are cheaper. Of course, if you have drug insurance, you can see your Dr. to get a Rx.
