THis morning around 10:00 a young man in 30s was cheating LOTO tickets in this area. He looks  like from Southeast Asia, probably from Philippines,   dark skin,  round eyes, 1.70m tall, speaking English. He bought Mise-ojeu more than $100, then asked for some cigarette.  After he counted his money, he told you that he had no enough money, and had to get some money from his car.  He left the tickets and the cigarette, and returned to his car.  Then you found that he had changed the tickets!
He looks just like a very nice customer. He smiled and talked with you just as any normal customer, and when there was some customer in rush, he even told you that you could serve the person first.  He was really calm and experienced!
Pay attention to this young man! If he goes to your store and  does the same thing to you, call 911 !
